Cardio & Core

The L.A.B.’s Cardio & Core class is cardio conditioning combined with targeted core exercises to build a solid foundation of inner strength! Expect to enjoy tabata-style bootcamp conditioning – our take on HIIT combined with calisthenics based strength movements, including isometric holds.

Heavy Metal Cross Training

Welcome to our functional fitness class with weightlifting. Expect to use various weights coupled with functional bodyweight movements for a full body workout.

Strength

The L.A.B.’s signature training: strength! Our small group classes have the feel of Personal Training but in a supportive group setting, where each member receives tailored coaching. Expect to see classic strength movements including compound lifts and accessory work, personalized and scaled to suit each individual.
