2023 Missouri Valley WSO Championships
& The Justin Thacker Memorial Open

The Missouri Valley WSO Championships is scheduled to be a 2 day, 2 platform weightlifting competition at Lindenwood University’s Fitness Center, home of the Lindenwood Lions Weightlifting Team. All age groups and weight classes will be contested (youth (13&u), junior 14-20), open (all ages) and master (35+)).
All Eleiko Competition equipment on the platforms. 13 platforms in the warm up area.
- Missouri Valley Members compete in the WSO Championships.
- Members from neighboring states must compete in the Open.
Both the WSO and the Open will count as a qualifying event for the Arnold, Collegiate Nationals, Masters Nationals, Sr Nationals and the Youth Nationals. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 of each division

The USA Powerlifting Legacy Series Finals (MO-2023-03)
This is a Raw, Raw w/ Wraps & Equipped Full Powerlifting Meet (all 3 lifts).
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 of each division

Youth, Teen, Junior, Open, Masters
